General Terms and Conditions

All prices stated are in New Zealand Dollars (NZD) and are inclusive of Goods and Services Tax (15%).

Purchasers accept that preserves are perishable foods and should be stored, un-opened, in a cool dark place or as per the labelling information provided. Un-opened items are subject to the ‘Best Before” date included on the product label.

Orders
When you submit an order we will require your name, email address, phone and delivery address details.
This information is required to process your order and inform you of acceptance and dispatch of our order. 

Should there be any issue with your order we will contact you by email as soon as possible.

Any orders received by The Goodness Garden through this website are subject to acceptance by The Goodness Garden at our absolute discretion.

Payment and Security
Products purchased from The Goodness Garden can be paid for using secure online payment provider STRIPE. All payment details are protected by the payment provider and are used only for purposes of the transaction only.

Orders will not be dispatched until payment is received in full.

Product Availability
All orders are subject to availability of stock and confirmation of the order price.

Product Details
We undertake to make all reasonable efforts to ensure that the information on our site is accurate and up-to-date. Any description of the goods is given by way of identification only.

Shipping Policy
Shipping is provided to New Zealand addresses only.  No overseas delivery addresses will be accepted.

Orders are processed within 2-3 business days of receipt. Orders are not shipped on weekends or public holidays.
If there is likely to be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email as provided on your order details.

All orders are shipped with Courier Post parcel service. No signature is required on delivery. If “Signature Required” delivery is needed please contact us directly as this will affect the cost.

Shipping Rates
Shipping fees are applied based on the number of jars ordered, up to a maximum of 12 jars.
For orders greater than 12 jars please contact us prior to placing your order. Shipping costs are based on dimensions, weight and delivery address and are at the same cost charged by Courier Post. The cost of all packaging materials is covered by The Goodness Garden.

Shipment confirmation & Order tracking
You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number. The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.

Damage
The buyer acknowledges that all our products are packaged in glass jars and The Goodness Garden will not be liable for any products damaged or lost in transit. Every effort will be made to package orders securely and every order will be marked as FRAGILE.

Returns
No returns will be accepted unless goods are faulty. We undertake to refund or replace faulty goods subject to their return to us within 7 days of receipt (not including any product damaged during shipping).
